Back in the fall, we received a text from Steve's brother Bryce, asking if we could Skype sometime soon. I knew as soon as I heard the request, that there was a special reason for the call! A new little bundle to soon join the family! Fast forward to February and we were enjoying a weekend with the "mom and dad to be," here in Victoria. Their Dr. phoned to let them know they were expecting a little boy! What an awesome moment to share with these two that are so dear to us. And, in just over six weeks, we are excited to welcome (and I can't wait to snuggle and photograph) our new nephew!
Bryce + Ali…we love you and are so thrilled for you! Looking forward to watching you grow as parents (you will be amazing) and to falling in love with your little man! xo

.sean + allyson. abbotsford backyard wedding

This was the kind of wedding that made me gush all day. It was full of green, DIY, succulents, family, backyard intimacy, floral fabulousness, milk glass and lovely love.  I first met Sean + Allyson over in Victoria for their engagement session and it was so wonderful to reunite with them months later at Allyson's family home in Abbotsford. The setting was a pristine backyard, lovingly prepared and tended to by Allyson's dad. A handful of family and close friends were there to witness the ceremony. And after some dreamy portraits in Clayburn Village, it was off to the Ramada for the big party! 

Sean + Allyson...everything you put into your wedding paid off...it was an absolute delight to witness and photograph. Steve and I wish you love and joy in the years to come!
