This session was done as a surprise present for a traditional,"Christmas in July,"from the cousin of these beautiful kiddos! The three girls above welcomed their first brother, Caleb a couple months ago! We sneakily met up at the park in hopes of getting some fun pictures for their mom and dad! It was quite the whirlwind, getting four children to look at the camera and stay in one general vicinity, but we had fun! Thankfully, the kids' aunt and cousins came along to help me out; in fact, cousin Isaac, even made it into a few of my favorite candids that I put up on this post. (He's the cute, random, blond boy that pops into the shots now and then). Enjoy!

I met up with these two beautiful children and their parents last night to take some photos. These pictures were taken for their Grammy. I am blessed to have Lucas and Emilia's Grammy as my dear friend, and I know first hand how crazy in love she is with these kids! As we were taking all these photos, I would get the kids to smile by asking them to shout " I LOVE GRAMMY." They would shout it with all their might and I would get these awesome smiles out of them right after. 

Dad and Mom were even willing (with a wee bit of persuasion) to pose for a couple shots! What a gorgeous family...with ridiculously well behaved children I might add!

To the Grammy...I hope these pictures bless you; bring a smile to your face; and remind you that you are loved.

trevor + lindsay {couples}

This lovely pair are both friends and family. Trevor is my hubby's younger brother and Lindsay is his beautiful wife of 3 years! We don't get to see them nearly as often as we like (home for them is Calgary), but when we do, it's always a good time. This past weekend brought us all together in Vernon, BC and as part of Lindsay's birthday gift, I wanted to do some photos for them.

Trev and Linds...I am so thankful to have you both as family! Thanks for being such faithful, generous and fun people! Can't wait for our next visit! Or for you to move out west....

molly {graduation}

Molly and I met up this past week to take some photos in honor of her highschool graduation last month. What a gorgeous and sweet girl!!! Not only did we get some really fun pictures taken, I also had a blast    doing it! Molly introduced me to an amazing spot and despite looking angelic and dainty in her white dress, she was more than willing to climb fences in order to get the job done...my kind of girl!

Molly, your beauty is unique and stunning. All the best as you venture off to Europe this fall,I have no doubt your experiences will be amazing!
