cam + nicole {engagement}

Beautiful couple, gorgeous location, and amazing light. This was one of those sessions where I couldn't wait to get home and get the photos on the computer. There is a totally genuine affection and love between this couple and I was so pleased that it came through in their images.
Cam proposed to Nicole on Halloween. A pumpkin carved with a life changing question - so special!
The boy definitely gets points for creativity on that one :) Nicole is a fellow nurse and friend...and I have no doubt she will make a breathtaking bride next spring.
Cam + Nicole - you guys are so cute!!! I am honored and excited to be able to do your wedding photos...can't wait!

anticipating.... {newborn}

{... a newborn session with this little sweetie. We got a few snaps in the hospital, and I can't wait to take some more next week....stay tuned!}



sukhdev + daljit {extended family}

This session was something new for me;  It was a blend of tradition and culture, language and color. I work with three of Sukhdev and Daljit's daughters - they are fabulous nurses and people. On an average day, I see them with their hair up, scrubs on and charts in hand; so it was a total treat for me to see them decked out and made up. The colors from this session were so beautiful - loved the contrast of the warm fall colors with the rich blues.

This couple will be heading for India on Friday and our plan was to get some photos of their extended family before they left; I delivered the disk this evening, so we just made it!

Thank you all for a great session ~ even though I couldn't understand half of what you were saying, I could tell you love each other and enjoy spending time together...enjoy your photos.
