bryce + ali {love story: winter wonderland}

I love these two. Bryce is Steve's youngest brother, and Ali, his wife is our sweet sister-in-law. A few years back, when I was in the early days of our business, learning and practicing, Bryce + Ali volunteered themselves to be my guinea pigs. And, they faithfully gave me the pleasure, once again this past week. Steve's folks recently relocated to their new home, a beautiful property on the outskirts of Vernon. As we drove there through the winter wonderland on boxing day, I knew I must have a chance to play with my camera and these two in the snow.
Bryce + Ali ~ thanks for helping me get my fix, for being so adorable and being such great friends and family! Love you!

sean + allyson {victoria engagement photography}

When I asked Sean how long he and Allyson had been together, without skipping a beat he answered, "1,003 days." They were just coming off a romantic weekend celebrating one thousand days of togetherness, when Steve and I met with them in Victoria at the beginning of December. It wasn't difficult to see their chemistry, or try and get some sparks flying for the camera...it just happened. Allyson herself is a spark, and Sean, her calm balance. Together, they have such a sweet connection.  We had such a great time together exploring some of my favourite Victoria spots at Ogden Point and Beacon Hill. These two are planning a beautiful backyard wedding this coming summer, and we are already stoked to hang out with this awesome couple again. Happy 2013!
